I led Partnerships and BD for our subscription and retail business (from prospecting and negotiating to closing contracts; managing onboarding, reporting, partner operations, and driving creative collaboration with top publishers and influencers in the industry).
In the earlier days of the company, I built the library from scratch and hired a team to scale content while maintaining quality. I created and managed Oyster's brand voice, constructed CX best practices and hired a team to run it, and set a high bar for social campaigns before hiring a team to run that, too.
